Epsons Designs — Tile Laborer / Apprentice (Start ASAP)
Epsons Designs, a reputable tile company with 10+ years of professional installation experience, is hiring a motivated Tile Laborer/Apprentice to join the crew.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Tasks):
• Assist with demolition, carrying materials, and jobsite prep
• Mix thinset, handle grout, set spacers, and support the lead installer
• Learn to cut tile using wet saws and manual cutters
• Help install waterproofing, underlayment, and layout prep
• Keep tools clean, organized, and ready for use
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout the day
• Help load/unload tools and materials for each job
Experience helps, but showing up on time and willing to learn matters more.

Requirements:
• Licensed vehicle + reliable daily transportation (jobs may rotate locations)
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs (tile boxes, mud, tools)
• Solid work ethic — consistent attendance and effort
• Ability to follow direction and work without constant supervision
• Respectful behavior in clients’ homes and job sites
• Must be willing to learn trade skills and handle physical work

Experience (Helpful but NOT required):
• Any construction, remodeling, or handyman background
• Tile experience: leveling systems, setting, grouting, layout
• Familiarity with grinders, drills, wet saws, and hand tools
If you’ve never done tile but you’re dependable and hardworking, you’ll be trained.
Pay:
$15–$35/hr depending on tile experience and skill level.
Raises offered as skills improve and reliability is shown.
