Job Description

cFocus Software seeks a Sr. Program Analyst to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications:

• Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, management support, and program cost analysis

Duties:

 

• Provide program and project analysis to support planning, execution, and evaluation of program objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with PWS requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and data visualizations for program leadership and government stakeholders.
• Support the development and review of Statements of Work (SOWs), contract deliverables, and performance tracking documents.
• Assist with resource allocation, cost analysis, and financial planning to ensure program efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies for schedule, cost, and performance issues.
• Monitor and track milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations to ensure timely completion of program requirements.
• Coordinate meetings, working groups, and program reviews; document minutes and action items.
• Support policy, process, and procedure development to enhance program operations.
• Analyze data to identify performance trends, improvement opportunities, and decision-support insights.
• Collaborate with technical, financial, and administrative teams to ensure integrated program execution.
• Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition policies, reporting requirements, and quality assurance standards.
