Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing engaging digital marketing strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in content creation, social media management, graphic design, and data analysis to optimize our online presence and foster meaningful relationships with our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Require at least 2~4 hours on site a week.
  • Create compelling content or coordinate with a creator who can create content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Monitor engagement, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
  • Manage branding efforts by ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
  • Perform SEO activities including keyword research and web analytics using Google Analytics to improve content visibility.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships.
  • Execute targeted Google campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
  • Monitor web analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating promotional content that drives online sales.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to proofreading details.
  • Ability to analyze data from web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with followers and partners effectively.
