Responsibilities: • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Convert buyers • Convert showings to sales • Lead follow-up • Sales scripts and objection handler mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Professional in attitude and appearance • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area About Company: The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
