Independence Title in Austin, Texas (Shepherd Mountain Cove Office Remote), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our team. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Order Entry Specialist is responsible:

• Assisting with data entry and data management of information on industry specific software platforms
• Online research of county appraisal district records and county clerk records
• Online research of stored data from archived files
• Communication with internal employees and external vendors to complete data entry orders
• Participating in testing new solutions for collecting, interpreting, and managing new data

Truly Remarkable Service:

• We are looking for a highly organized person with some Escrow background (minimum of 2 years)
• Must be willing to learn with a strong attention to detail
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment and within very tight timeframes
• Must be a team player who is supportive of internal team members and outside vendors
• Must possess great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work independently with problem-solving skills
• Must be eager to participate in new technology and software implementation

Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Direct experience in real estate and title production software recommended (minimum of 2 years)
• Great attitude and strong attention to detail
• Microsoft Suite proficient
• Must be available to work 8am 5pm, Monday through Friday; this is a remote position
