Earth Runners is a pioneering wellness brand crafting minimalist, zero-drop sandals and gear that connect people to the earth—literally. From our 3-acre Sonoma County facility (complete with greenhouse, gardens, sauna, and cold plunge), we blend sustainable manufacturing with outdoor ethos. With exciting launches on the horizon, we're scaling authentic YouTube storytelling to build a more engaged community. We're seeking a full-time Onsite YouTube Social Media Manager to lead our content hub, capturing raw shop vibes with your phone while getting to know our tight-knit team and keeping production humming.

Role Overview

• Position : Onsite YouTube Social Media Manager
• Location : On-site at our 3-acre facility in Sebastopol, CA (no remote option)
• Hours : 32-40 per week (flexible; e.g., Mon-Wed production-heavy)
• Reports to : CEO (primary collaborator/content ideation) & remote marketing manager
• Start Date : Immediate (target Dec 2025 / Jan 2026)

This role is your playground: As a full-time creator, shoot the grit of our production line with your phone, document CEO’s design process and shop projects, produce onsite podcast interviews, edit YouTube stories that spark intrigue. Nurture our team's vibe—all while growing our long-format YouTube content (primary) and Instagram (secondary) into a production-hub narrative. If you thrive in a multi-hat ecosystem with a passion for outdoors and casual video, let's build content that lasts longer than our Vibram soles.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production (30%) : Lead on-site phone shoots as our full-time creator (BTS factory tours, staff podcasts, toughness tests); facilitate interviews by prompting product/process/material deep-dive; setup audio/video in our podcast studio; batch-film for YT videos/Reels.
• Video Editing (50%) : Trim 10-20min YT and 30-50 min podcast eps, plus 15-60 sec IG Reels; add graphics/CTAs; repurpose clips across platforms to amplify YouTube storytelling.
• Social Media Management (20%) : Post stories 3-5x/week on RewildBeFree, run polls, promote YT content; drop 1 reel per week, engage community via DM.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience : 1+ year in content creation (e.g., personal vlogs, social reels, or entry-level YouTube/podcasting) ; basic video editing (CapCut or similar).
• Core Skills : Intuitive phone filming/framing (gimbal basics a plus); editing/analytics (YT/IG Insights); strong prompting for interviews.
• Must-Haves : Outdoor/wellness passion (align with our rewilding ethos); adaptability for multi-tasking; curiosity about products and processes.
• Nice-to-Haves : Experience with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok; familiarity with minimalist gear/earthing trends.
• No formal degree required —show us your portfolio.
