We're looking for motivated individuals within a 30-45 minute radius of West Jordan, UT, who are passionate about helping others and ready to take charge of their success.

About the Role: This is a remote position following a 2-week in-office training period. You'll have the flexibility to work part-time or full-time - set your own schedule while meeting production goals.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with new and existing clients to offer insurance products that meet their needs
• Build strong customer relationships
• Work independently and stay motivated to reach sales goals
• Contribute to a supportive and fun office culture

What We're Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated, go-getter mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet performance goals
• Must obtain appropriate insurance licensing prior to start

Compensation & Benefits:

• Performance-based pay structure
• Estimated annual earnings between $25,000-$65,000 based on production
