Dispatch Services Coordinator

Genesis10 is currently looking for a Dispatch Services Coordinator for an ongoing contract role for our client in the retail industry in Richfield, MN. This role is 100% onsite and the shift available would be 11am-7:30 pm Tuesday-Saturday.

Job Duties:

• Take Level 1 calls from Client retail support client locations on various retail location issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take call and fully create an initial ticket in ServiceNow.
• Act on reported issues following support documentation.
• Use decision tree and other knowledge articles to move ticket to correct support Client support organization.
• Interface with Client Service personnel to initiate resolution process.

Basic Requirements:

• Customer-oriented, focused on providing the best service possible.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Process oriented and ability to strictly follow procedures.
• Able to work varied shifts as needed with little notice.
• Escalate new or systemic issues to the next tier of support.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Previous ServiceNow experience.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer support role.
• Prior in-store retail experience.
• Familiarity with remote desktop support tools (e.g., LogMeIn).
• Prior experience supporting corporate IT environments.

Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $17.00/hour. We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
