Assembler I - Milford, MA

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler I to support light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical assemblies. This role plays a key part in meeting production schedules and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical assemblies and subassemblies
• Support production goals by following established processes and quality standards
• Assist in identifying and supporting corrective actions related to instruments, assemblies, processes, tooling, and materials
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency
• Assist with reviewing and updating documentation related to assembly processes and equipment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager

Qualifications:

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time
• On-site in Milford, MA
